Do you want to help build the next generation of AI-assisted engineering tools?
We’re looking for an AI Android Engineer who loves pushing boundaries, experimenting with cutting-edge tech, and shaping how developers will build software in the future.

You’ll join a pioneering team blending Android expertise with applied AI innovation. This is not a traditional mobile role — it’s an opportunity to work alongside advanced AI systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, PR bots) and help create intelligent development experiences that turbocharge engineering teams.

You’ll collaborate with designers, QAs, backend engineers, and AI specialists while working on large-scale digital platforms used across multiple markets. Your work will directly improve how humans and AI collaborate to write cleaner, faster, more reliable code.

 What You’ll Do

• Build high-quality Android applications using modern principles and architectures.
  
  

• Review, refine, and validate AI-generated code in partnership with our internal AI models and tools.
  
  

• Create and curate datasets from code reviews to train and improve AI coding systems.
  
  

• Define engineering standards that help shape how AI assists developers.
  
  

• Manage release pipelines with AI-based validation and automation workflows.
  
  

• Participate in AI evaluation cycles (SFT/DPO) to refine model behavior and output quality.
  
  

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and UX excellence.
  
  

• Experiment with emerging AI tools to elevate developer productivity and delivery speed.
  
  

• Promote a modern, data-driven engineering culture where humans + AI work together.
  
  

 

 What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on Android development experience.
  
  

• Solid track record with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  
  

• Strong understanding of API integration and data handling.
  
  

• Experience with Git-based collaboration practices.
  
  

• Genuine interest in AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cody, etc.).
  
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, plus a willingness to learn and experiment.
  
  

 

 Bonus Skills

• Experience evaluating AI models or building prompts.
  
  

• Understanding of modular/mobile architecture or dependency injection frameworks.
  
  

• Familiarity with app telemetry, performance analytics, or crash analysis tools.
  
  

• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) or retrieval systems.
  
  

• Exposure to RAG, fine-tuning, or LLM training processes.
