AI Product Designer

We are seeking an AI-focused Product Designer to help redefine how digital design is created, evaluated, and automated. This role sits at the crossroads of UX, product design, and artificial intelligence, giving you the opportunity to work directly with advanced design models that generate layouts, interactions, and visual proposals.

Your mission will be to guide and shape these AI systems—teaching them how to think like a designer, refining their decision-making, and ensuring their output aligns with human creativity, usability standards, and brand identity. You will play a central role in establishing how human designers and AI collaborate, building a bridge between design intuition and algorithmic reasoning.

This position involves close collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and UX specialists, working together to integrate AI-generated alternatives into real production workflows while preserving the craft of design.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess AI-generated design variations to ensure they meet usability expectations, visual coherence, and brand guidelines.
  
  

• Provide structured, actionable feedback to help AI systems refine their design logic and improve over time.
  
  

• Define, document, and maintain standards and quality benchmarks for AI-assisted design.
  
  

• Partner with ML engineers to convert designer input into datasets, labels, and fine-tuning directives.
  
  

• Curate high-quality design references, patterns, and principles to shape the AI’s design vocabulary.
  
  

• Experiment with prompts, instructions, and model settings to improve the relevance and creativity of generated outputs.
  
  

• Collaborate with human designers to compare, validate, and incorporate AI-generated solutions into product development.
  
  

• Advocate for transparent, ethical, and effective use of generative design within the design organization.
  
  

 

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer working on sophisticated digital interfaces or systems.
  
  

• Background designing dashboards, workflows, or internal tools for technical or enterprise users.
  
  

• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of data visualization practices.
  
  

• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into structured UX decisions.
  
  

• Interest in AI-augmented design or human–AI interaction models.
  
  

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams.
  
  

 

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for AI tools or data-heavy platforms.
  
  

• Familiarity with prompt-based interfaces, human-in-the-loop systems, or explainable AI concepts.
  
  

• Exposure to developer environments (GitHub, CI/CD dashboards, observability tools).
  
  

• Basic understanding of UX metrics and experimentation methodologies.
