Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure for data analytics workflows (such as ETL/ELT, data science, and reporting) to process large-scale datasets.
• Configure and manage cloud services and infrastructure using Terraform.
• Develop and oversee CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners, BI specialists, and data engineers to address cloud engineering challenges.
• Build and optimize data transformation processes while efficiently managing dependencies using Dataform.

Your Qualifications

• A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, data analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong background in managing cloud infrastructure and services, preferably with practical experience in Google Cloud Platform and Terraform.
• Experience in data analytics within the retail or consumer electronics sector, with proficiency in SQL and Python, alongside knowledge of best practices and widely used data engineering libraries. Additional expertise in programming languages like Java is a plus.
• Familiarity with Looker for reporting, including dashboard development and LookML configuration.
• Deep knowledge of BigQuery, SQL performance optimization, and cost management strategies to enhance efficiency.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach to work.
• Strong English skills; German proficiency is an advantage.
