We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Business & Marketing Analysis Team, where you’ll turn data into meaningful insights that shape strategic and operational decisions.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Business stakeholders, working hand in hand with Data Engineers to ensure that datasets, dashboards, and data models are accurate, accessible, and impactful. Your work will drive smarter decisions around performance optimization, segmentation, and marketing activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
 - Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards that track business and marketing results.
 - Partner with Marketing and Product teams to translate questions into data-driven analyses and metrics.
 - Support audience segmentation and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
 - Continuously improve dashboards in Power BI for clarity, consistency, and performance.
 - Validate data integrity and resolve inconsistencies across systems.
 - Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 - Document key methodologies, data sources, and logic behind core KPIs.
 
Your Profile
- 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
 - Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
 - Proficiency in Python or R for automation, visualization, and statistical analysis.
 - Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
 - Solid understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
 - Analytical thinker who connects data insights with business strategy and objectives.
 - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
 
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
 - Experience analyzing marketing data sources (CRM, advertising platforms, web analytics).
 - Knowledge of data visualization principles and storytelling.
 - Experience using Git or similar version control tools.
