The Challenge

This position is a mix of DevOps, management of both physical and virtual infrastructure, IT operations, and strategic planning for cloud infrastructure.

You will collaborate closely with experts and teams at various levels, assisting them in achieving their goals efficiently.

You will be part of a compact yet highly influential team. Furthermore, you will have the support of an extensive global network of infrastructure specialists.

You will enjoy independence and total responsibility over every component of our infrastructure, ensuring its optimal operation and constantly seeking its improvement.

You will be tasked with developing tools and processes that increase productivity and efficiency in the development and launch of our applications (our comparators!).

You will participate in on-call shifts, offering solutions to problems that arise within the organization.

Your ingenuity will be used to solve challenges of all kinds.

Your attention to detail will help us refine our practices and improve service to the team.

In your role within the DevOps team, you will support us with your enthusiasm and experience in tasks such as:

• Managing and updating existing physical infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
• Leading and collaborating on complex and high-impact projects, from the initial proposal to post-implementation analysis.
• Managing Linux/Unix systems (preferably Debian).
• Administering physical and virtualized servers (Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V).
• Managing Docker containers in development and production environments.
• Suggesting and establishing processes that optimize team productivity.
• Developing software in object-oriented languages (PHP, Golang, Ruby, Python).
• Handling configuration and infrastructure as code tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

 

• Bonus:
• Experience with Windows systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
