Responsibilities

Ensure that the technological resources satisfy the company´s short and long-term needs.
Verify all technological practices adhere to regulatory standards and compliance.
Conduct reviews of IT products or systems to evaluate their potential value.
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality, efficiency, and security.
Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
Track, analyze, and monitor security, KPIs, and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
Develop technical aspects of the company´s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
Present reports on the technological status, goals, and progress.
Identify and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
Onboard and work with technology partners and integrations.
Manage a team of developers, develop and implement targets through an agile methodology, ensuring cost and time efficiency, and monitoring overall team performance.
Assist other departments in utilizing technology.

Requirements

Confident full-stack engineering with a proven track record of working in a startup environment leading teams.
Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Excellent hands-on technical ability including proficiency in Solidity, C#, C++, PHP, and Java.
Experience in the analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
Manage feature teams, Agile Lead / SCRUM Master Lead.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Understanding of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency.
Experience in the online gaming industry would be a plus.
