This is the challenge
Lead technical development in collaboration with the CEO, Product, and IT teams.
Create, lead, and develop multiple IT teams for software development.
Take responsibility for and optimize the entire IT system (software, servers, availability), including scalable development of the overall architecture.
Control development processes to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
Strategic involvement in recruiting the most suitable IT professionals (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack Web developers).

Who are you?
Experience leading 20-person IT teams.
Experience in creating, developing, and managing e-commerce projects using PHP and MySQL.
Experience in administering Linux servers for PHP runtime, MySQL replication clusters, and similar technologies.
Ability to adapt leadership style to business and team needs, always leading by example and being close to the team.
Pragmatism and agility in finding solutions.
High level of quality and good analytical and management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
