Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrable experience in a senior talent acquisition or HR leadership role, preferably within a fast-growing tech environment.
• Strategic thinker capable of designing and implementing impactful talent programs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Holds a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s or relevant professional certification is preferred.
