They are seeking Asset Management Specialists to help shape the future of their IT Asset Management systems (hardware and software). These specialists will join the IT Operations Platform team, responsible for designing, developing, and operating tools and services related to Hardware and Software Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement business and product team requirements for Hardware and Software Asset Management use cases
• Enhance discovery solutions and data to improve asset information for hardware and software
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, user experience, and security
• Actively share knowledge and expertise within the product teams

Requirements

• 1-5 of experience and demonstrated knowledge in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM) operations
• Experience with asset management tools like ServiceNow (ITAM/ITOM) or similar
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies such as cloud computing, networking, identity, storage, backups, resilience, and disaster recovery
• Experience working in agile environments (knowledge of SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience in designing, integrating, and managing applications
• Knowledge of data models
• Skills in Java/Groovy and bash scripting
