What is this position about?
✔️Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing Proof of Concepts and drafting technical specifications for real solutions.
• Active participation in and guidance for tribe roadmaps.
• Holding the final decision-making authority in technical discussions.
• Prioritizing key technical topics for the tribe´s focus.
• Onboarding and mentoring new technical leaders.
• Regular reporting to the Head of IT on architecture health and upcoming major projects.
• Overseeing and ensuring the technical quality of the tribe´s work.
• Optimizing release processes and troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks.
• Ensuring future scalability and infrastructure compliance with legal aspects like GDPR.
• Selecting the best solutions for technical needs, be it in-house, open source, or SaaS options.
• Collaborating with other architects to establish common rules and targets for the infrastructure.

• A minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Computing/Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Extensive experience in development, particularly on high-demand projects emphasizing performance, security, and scalability.
• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on development experience with Java.
• At least 5 years of expertise in both relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Angular.
• Strong proficiency in Redis, ELK, and queueing software, particularly in Microservices environments.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing RESTful web services.
• Track record of implementing custom frameworks, including those related to security and validations.
• Knowledgeable in DevOps topics, demonstrating the ability to drive changes, optimizations, and address challenges.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies, including unit testing, OWASP Top 10 security practices, and performance considerations.
• High proficiency in communication, with the ability to play a pedagogical role with diverse audiences, including technical leaders and stakeholders.
