YOUR ROLE:
 As we continue to expand, we´re looking for a skilled BackEnd Developer to join our team. You´ll help establish a data platform designed to support machine learning, giving us a deeper understanding of investor behavior. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Development to estimate timelines and manage projects from concept to launch.
• Develop and support projects, ensuring they align with requirements and quality standards.
• Focus on quality, scalability, performance, and thorough testing throughout the development process.
• Streamline internal processes by automating tasks, enhancing data delivery, and optimizing infrastructure for growth.
• Secure and manage data across multiple regions and data centers.
• Optimize technology for speed, scalability, and minimal technical debt.
• Contribute to shaping the culture and practices of a growing engineering team.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Proficient in Python, with experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Experience with FastAPI
• Knowledgeable in NodeJS, Express.
• Skilled in working with various databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Continuous Integration.
• Practical experience building scalable, microservice-based architectures that democratize data.
• Educational background in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Able to adapt in a high-paced, startup-like environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and collaborative team player.
• English proficiency is preferred.
