Senior Delivery Manager – International Rollouts
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead the global deployment of a loyalty solution across several international markets. This role focuses on orchestrating the delivery of a complex technical program, coordinating multiple product teams, integration streams, central stakeholders, and local country teams.
The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical awareness, and a proactive mindset to drive alignment across diverse groups. You will be accountable for managing timelines, dependencies, and risks, ensuring each market implementation is delivered smoothly, on schedule, and to a high-quality standard.
This position suits a delivery professional with a solid background in IT project management, strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and experience operating in dynamic environments with several parallel initiatives running at once.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the execution of an international rollout involving multiple countries and teams.

Create, manage, and track comprehensive project plans, defining milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Anticipate and manage dependencies, risks, and potential blockers, driving mitigation actions proactively.

Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product squads, integration teams, and country representatives, to ensure consistent alignment.

Act as a central liaison between local markets and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

Prepare and maintain structured documentation, reports, and regular status updates for stakeholders.

Support recurring country and steering meetings by preparing relevant materials and documentation.

Ensure effective use of delivery and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, program management platforms) to maintain transparency.

Continuously refine delivery processes, workflows, and methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Drive delivery execution with strong ownership, adaptability, and disciplined time management.
Required Experience & Skills

5+ years of experience in IT project or delivery management, ideally within international or multi-market contexts.

Demonstrated success delivering large-scale technical programs or country-level implementations.

Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and technical interdependencies.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across multiple teams and geographies.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple concurrent workstreams.

Experience with project and program management tools such as Jira and similar platforms.

Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and ability to perform under tight deadlines.

Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
