The Company is looking for a Senior Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Logic Apps to design and implement automation-driven business solutions. You’ll drive architecture decisions, lead external development teams, and guide stakeholders through the digitalization of workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable automation using Power Automate, Logic Apps, SharePoint Online, and Azure Functions
  
• Define architecture, coding standards, and integration patterns for enterprise-grade solutions
  
• Coordinate external developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  
• Mentor teams on M365 and Azure best practices
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective digital workflows
  
• Use Terraform or equivalent for infrastructure automation and CI/CD
  
• Enforce quality standards through code reviews and test automation
  

Required:

• 6+ years in software development, 3+ with M365 and Azure
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Logic Apps, Power Platform, Azure AD, and API Management
  
• Proven leadership in solution architecture and delivery
  
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Node.js, React, and OpenAI/ML APIs
  
• Experience in distributed/vendor-based environments
  
• Microsoft certifications in Azure or M365
