About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join a dynamic, product-driven team building a consumer-facing app used across multiple countries and by millions of users. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, elevating code quality, and mentoring more junior engineers in a high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to analyze, refine, and prioritize requirements
  
• Participate in architectural design decisions and help drive improvements to system structure and scalability
  
• Contribute to the development of the consumer app, ensuring excellent user experience, performance, and maintainability
  
• Optimize and maintain a fully automated CI/CD pipeline using modern tooling and best practices
  
• Provide mentorship, run pair programming sessions, and lead knowledge-sharing efforts within the team
  
• Proactively identify technical debt and propose solutions to continuously enhance code quality
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter, ideally in real-world projects
  
• Experience or familiarity with iOS or Android development
  
• Passionate about software architecture, clean code, and scalable design
  
• Comfortable working with reactive paradigms (e.g. Streams, widget trees, state management like Provider or equivalents)
  
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  
• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset — you ask questions, learn continuously, and enjoy working with peers
