WHAT HE/SHE WILL BE DOING:

The organization has seen significant growth in recent years, and as it moves into the next phase of expansion, it aims to harness data across all its platforms to gain deeper insights into investor needs. It is seeking a highly motivated FrontEnd Developer to join a newly formed team and contribute to building a data-driven platform from the ground up, supporting machine learning initiatives. Since this is a new initiative, the role requires a proactive, self-sufficient individual who can translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring maximum user impact. The position demands a strategic approach to software development, balancing efficiency and innovation while maintaining high-quality user experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Head of Development to estimate project timelines and manage development tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the development of projects from concept through deployment, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
• Prioritize quality, scalability, and security in all aspects of development.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation, infrastructure optimization, and data integration enhancements.
• Maintain data security across various regions and cloud environments, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Optimize technical performance for speed and scalability.
• Contribute to shaping company culture and engineering best practices as an early team member.

WHO HE/SHE IS:

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., SCRUM) and Continuous Integration.
• Proven experience designing scalable microservice architectures that enhance data accessibility.
• A degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
• Adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities with ease.
• A high-achieving problem solver with a proactive approach.
• A strong communicator and team player.
• English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
