As part of a high-impact team, you’ll contribute to platform evolution, shape backend architectures, and integrate modern infrastructure tooling. You’ll be hands-on throughout the software lifecycle—from design and coding to deployment and optimization—within a collaborative, agile environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Build robust features for complex, high-scale platforms using Go and microservices principles
  
• Collaborate across teams to design, implement, and deliver backend solutions
  
• Apply clean architecture practices, SOLID principles, and automation at every step
  
• Continuously adopt new technologies to enhance performance and developer efficiency
  
• Participate in the definition of cloud-native solutions using AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS) and Kubernetes
  
• Ensure system reliability through Kafka, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins)
  
• Develop efficient APIs using REST and gRPC, and manage data with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in backend development
  
• 2+ years of hands-on development using Golang
  
• Background in FinTech domains like digital banking, payments, or fraud detection is a strong plus
  
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices
  
• Excellent communication skills in English
