About the Role

We´re looking for an experienced technology leader who will shape the future of our product ecosystem and drive transformative user experiences across both client-facing and internal platforms. This role involves steering global teams, fostering innovation, and implementing scalable, forward-thinking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with stakeholders in product strategy, business operations, and client services to translate vision into executable roadmaps.

• Promote smart automation and unified solutions across payroll and HR tech domains to optimize efficiency and client impact.
  
• Establish and nurture cross-functional partnerships, influencing technical and strategic decisions across the organization.
  
• Provide mentoring and coaching to team members, monitor organizational health, and negotiate evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
  
• Navigate multiple time zones with ease, demonstrating adaptability in a highly decentralized work structure.
  

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.
  
• At least 15 years of hands-on experience in delivering complex software applications, including roles in architecture, development, and leadership.
  
• Proven success in managing diverse technical teams across geographies and time zones.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in developing large-scale, cloud-native SaaS applications.
  
• In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and container-based software delivery.
  
• Strong grasp of modern development practices including test automation, DevOps, and full stack engineering.
  
• Track record of leveraging agile methodologies at enterprise scale.
  
• Skilled in resolving complex system integrations and technical challenges.
  
• Comfortable being hands-on when necessary, diving into technical details and problem-solving.
  
• Deep interest in artificial intelligence and its potential to drive innovation.
