 Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Barcelona (hybrid)Salary range: 70K-75K
Permanent contract
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing international team. You’ll work at the intersection of infrastructure engineering and developer experience, helping to shape cloud-native environments that are both reliable and efficient.
Your Role
- Design, manage, and continuously improve Kubernetes platforms and observability tools
 - Partner with software engineers throughout the full development lifecycle
 - Lead migrations to Kubernetes and deliver scalable cloud solutions
 - Strengthen Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform and Azure DevOps
 - Automate operational tasks, monitor systems, and proactively prevent incidents
 - Promote a developer-first mindset and mentor colleagues from diverse backgrounds
 
What You Bring
- 5+ years in SRE or DevOps engineering
 - Strong skills with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
 - Practical knowledge of observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Opsgenie)
 - Scripting abilities in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
 - Experience operating and scaling complex cloud infrastructures
 
Bonus points for:
- Knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, distributed data systems (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Redis)
 - Experience with Kafka or Event Hub
 - Background working on international projects
