We are establishing a diverse Architecture team and seeking exceptional individuals to help us shape the future architectural model that will support our business goals.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Formulate and maintain a comprehensive technical strategy for our IT group, collaborating with the Architecture team and leadership.
• Ensure that architectural definitions and subsequent technical implementations adhere to best practices and meet both current and future business requirements
• Foster innovation to address complex business challenges and diverse stakeholder needs
• Cultivate strong relationships with the ITO function, business stakeholders, and PMO
• Facilitate the adoption of new technologies, ensuring alignment with our business and technology strategies
• Collaborate closely with partner vendors, such as the Platform software vendor, to ensure that technical environments are suitable for present and future purposes.
• Ensure all systems architecture complies with Corporate Security requirements.
• Maintain an accurate representation of existing technology and integration of new technologies.
• Promote best practices in architecture governance and processes, ensuring that proposed solutions adhere to these practices whenever possible.
• Conduct thorough assessments of the risks associated with current solutions and proposed technology implementations.
• Support cost/benefit analyses for all solution proposals.
• Lead external suppliers in identifying and evaluating technology enhancements that support business initiatives and drive efficiency.
• Conduct research and studies on emerging technologies to support business initiatives and improve cost-effectiveness and flexibility.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on IT technology solutions and available market solutions that meet business needs.
• Promptly and comprehensively resolve technical design issues in an inclusive manner.
• Ensure all stakeholders are fully engaged, informed, and empowered to make appropriate decisions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and process enhancement through technology.
• Collaborate with the Architecture team, ITO teams, and Technology leadership to define state-of-the-art Cloud and Multi-Cloud setups.
• Contribute to aligning roadmaps with ITO teams.
• Assist the Architecture team and overall Technology functions with IT design requirements related to Architecture implementations.
• Encourage knowledge sharing of End User solutions within the Architecture team and ITO.
• Generate technical documentation for Architecture and ITO teams.
• Collaborate with ITO in designing and implementing necessary solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for End User solution design within the Architecture function.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises solutions.
• Experience in implementing end-to-end delivery life cycles.
• Proficient in designing and implementing Infrastructure solutions across Linux and Windows environments, including Active Directory, Domain Controllers, VDI, virtualization, Openstack (highly desirable), Kubernetes (highly desirable), CI/CD, IaC, Configuration management, and Identity Access Management (IAM/IdM/IdP).
• Strong focus on automation.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell (desirable).
• Experience leading the design of large-scale or complex systems.
• Forward-thinking mindset, staying updated on emerging technologies that could benefit the organization in the future.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with different teams and functions, managing stakeholder expectations.
• Holistic understanding of multiple IT domains.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to developing state-of-the-art solutions alongside other Architecture teams and IT Operations.

Salary Range: 60K-80K
