We are seeking a Squad Technical Lead to guide an engineering squad in delivering innovative solutions with a strong focus on technical excellence. The squad works on features that power our B2C Loyalty Program in the Retail industries. This is a leadership role where you’ll balance hands-on technical contributions with team coordination and product alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions that are designed to last.
  
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to align technical decisions with business goals and secure the team’s commitment.
  
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards remain high.
  
• Maintain high productivity while balancing product requirements, process improvements, and long-term sustainability.
  
• Act as a bridge between teams, facilitating communication and reducing friction to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership position.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical challenges into practical solutions.
  
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities; motivated to coach and grow engineers.
  
• Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and cloud technologies.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced environments.
  
• Clear and effective communication skills in English.

• Expertise in .NET technologies.
  
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
  
• Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS and Android).
  
• Understanding of containerization and Kubernetes.
