Position: Tech Lead (FE & BE)

Required Experience: +5 years in software development, +2 years in technical leadership

Job Description:

Our partner is looking for a Tech Lead with experience in dynamic and demanding environments, capable of managing Frontend (React) and Backend (Node.js with TypeScript) development teams, and with a global vision to support data engineers (based in India). The role involves 60% management and 40% development, ensuring the quality and scalability of our cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise developments in Frontend (React) and Backend (Node.js with TypeScript).
• Assign and manage tasks within the development team.
• Support the data engineering team when necessary.
• Design and evaluate scalable architectures in cloud environments.
• Implement and promote Testing and Data Driven Development.
• Work in an Agile, product-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with teams in defining technological strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical leadership, with the ability to manage FE and BE teams.
• Experience in React and Node.js with TypeScript (hands-on profile, with a greater focus on FE).
• Knowledge of Testing and Data Driven Development.
• Experience in Cloud and scalable architectures.
• Ability to work in high-demand and startup environments.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Sufficient English level to communicate with international teams (desired, but not mandatory).
• Will not manage the team at an HR level (career development, professional growth plans, etc.).
