We are excited to offer this role within our team, which focuses on delivering innovative Java solutions as part of our global online travel and hospitality industry software initiatives. This role is critical in the technical development, optimization, and user testing of our connectivity platform.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Solution Analyst to oversee the design of technical solutions and ensure that the delivery of features meets customer requirements. Positioned within our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) department, this role involves direct communication with internal business stakeholders, conducting business requirements analysis, and providing technical consulting services. The successful candidate will work closely with our business teams to manage customer expectations and assess technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements, collaborate with business teams to clarify customer business needs, manage expectations, and ensure solutions align with client requirements.

• Prepare detailed requirements documentation for the engineering and QA teams, acting as the owner of these requirements to clarify customer expectations.

• Oversee function acceptance, collaborating with QA engineering teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery.

• Engage in pre-sale activities for potential customers and conduct regular business reviews with existing clients, offering technical consulting and guiding customers towards new solutions.

• Manage technical risks, evaluate technical feasibility, and lead internal stakeholders in determining acceptable solutions.
• Ensure alignment between business and engineering teams regarding technical solutions.
• Reverse engineer legacy products to create software requirements.
  

What We Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of experience in:
  A software engineering role.
  Requirements Engineering or Technical Writing.
  
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform tasks accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the Hospitality Software or Online Travel Agency sectors is preferred.
