On behalf of a leading technology company undergoing rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Technical Team Leader to join their engineering organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in backend development and cloud-native systems, as well as a passion for leading high-performing teams in a modern, microservices-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core, building and maintaining high-quality RESTful APIs
  
• Guide your team in applying clean architecture, testing strategies, and DevOps best practices
  
• Manage integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways) ensuring secure, efficient communication
  
• Use technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) to support deployment and scalability
  
• Support frontend efforts using React (preferred) or Angular, as needed
  
• Work closely with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technical solutions
  
• Ensure reliable data storage and access through relational databases such as PostgreSQL
  

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years leading development teams
  
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization tools
  
• Excellent communication skills in English
  
• Hybrid work model with approx. 20–25% in-office presence
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Azure DevOps)
